Model availability and prices display correctly

This urgent fix synchronizes the API, Telegram bot, and documentation catalog so you see only models and prices that your key can actually use.

Fixed issues

• Models that fail the key-permission check are hidden from public lists.
• A model is no longer duplicated when several compatible endpoints expose it.
• Companion-endpoint prices are not shown without a confirmed tariff.
• Model ordering is stable in both the API and the bot.

Existing keys and base URLs do not need to change. Review the current catalog for your key with GET /v1/models or the Models screen in the bot.
