Long support histories open reliably

Long support requests now open reliably: message and status history is split into pages and no longer runs into Telegram's message-length limit.

Fixed issues and improvements

  • Message and status history is paginated.
  • Navigation buttons keep their position and no longer skip events.
  • Truncated messages and Telegram errors caused by oversized responses were fixed.
  • New events remain visible when moving between pages.

Compatibility and next steps

Open the ticket as usual and move through its history with the navigation buttons. Ticket data and API keys were not changed; see the help section for the support flow.
